I APOLOGIZE
Yesterdays blog started my blog career and I started out with the wrong date and I know how many of you out there use my blog as the official date keeping piece for your lifes ...uumn.............."datekeeping" I am of course being cynical there but what else would you expect from me here at the "Cynic-Call" right? : ) Actually, it really did bother me to start off on the wrong foot or better yet the wrong "hand" so without a trace of cynicism allow me to apologize once again just in case I sent anyone into hiidng from the landlord or anything of that nature.
Now with today's posting I believe I found out something I seemed to either neglect yesterday or just dont remember doing when I wrote the blog piece and that was the "category" , it's totally amazing how long I can sit and stare at this screen just looking as dumbfounded as Scott Peterson looked when he was found guilty! I mean I seriously sweat the little detail's and when you make me do some unexpected choosing then P-L-E-A-S-E don't have me select from so many topics!! I spent no kidding over a half-an-hour just trying to see where I put yesterday's blog piece to no avail and then I decided that for now I will have to use the entertainment choice, altho I would just detest having to move the blog to another section later. This is something I shall think long and hard about and wherever tommorow's piece ends up will be our little bloggie home section.
I am really sorry that this is so short but I promise to make it up to you all tommorow as it is Sunday and I will have more free time (yes, a free date too!) as I really wanted to take you on a cynicall escapade about my local bamnk that cleaned out my checking account because I didn't pay for my monthly check fee's, I use good ole Fleet Bank, the SAME good ole Fleet Bank that seem's to be losing so many customer's lately because they dont pay attention to the little things which is a huge must in the banking game. What little things you may ask? Hmmmn?? Ok, well then let's start with my "FREE CHECKING!"
Oh brother I guess were gonna make time for this rant after all being I had just a feew more minutes than I at first realized until my online poker tournament starts. So, I joined Fleet because I wanted a banking account/checking account that I could use for my online play and that wouldn't intefere with other family fortunes Ok? On some sites you have to register a bank account to pay for the poker because with so much credit card fraud going on today people are having a really hard time trying to use thier credit cards to fund thier play and if that's the case I didn't want any online site to have the actual bank account that we use for other things to be at risk and so enter Fleet.
Then as I sat waiting for my free checks right after I opened the account I one day got the feeling that the checks were taking too long to arrive.......yeah, I had this inkiling after about 3 month's when they had at first told me that it would take 2-4 week's tops! Lol, so then I get online but I cannot contact the support for the bank on the site but there was an 800# for Fleet and so I called and explained my problem and the person on the otherside of the phone lets me know that the checks were indeed sent out and so I thanked this person and resumed waiting. Another month goes by and still no checks and so I call them again but this time they say I have to contact my local bank where I opened the account? Ok, no real problem but why is it they could look all this up the 1st time and now I had to call the local bank, is it not all kept on a PC database anyway or am I under the wrong impression here hmmmn? (yup, cynical) So I call down to my favorite new bank and tell the young man who opened my account that I never recieved my cheks and he said that I would need to come into the bank to straighten this out and while I didnt mind I asked him why it was that all of a sudden my free checking wasn't free anymore and he asked me to what I was referring. I explained to him that during the week I had recieved mail from the bank that said that they were charging me 10$ a month for my checking account and that I would be in danger of losing it if I didnt re-deposit, then I explained that I was given a free checking account and wasn't about to deposit funds to an account that you lost my personal checks to and if someone did come up with these check's then I could really be in for problem's yes? Then I asked just when did we change my free checking and if it was to be changed didnt I deserve notification of that fact?? Well all this was just too much for the young banker to answer as his boss wasn't in that day and so the saga continues as I have not been down to the bank yet and this was a good 2 month's ago! lol, I know, I know I am partly to blame because I have been beyond slothful here but I do have poker to play and a life to live and 17$ just wasn't exactly what I thought was a big priority on my list of things to do, the funny thing is since they have cleaned me out totally I havent recieved one notice yet saying they are closing the account or anything and I am just waiting on the one that will say that I OWE THEM NOW! Lol, ok so that is most of the Fleet Bank rant but soon, real soon I will let you know what happened when I went back to the bank, maybe this week I will take a stroll down there and see what the outcome will be. I am still playing poker of which you will hear plenty in upcoming blog's no doubt and then I have to get you guy's all caught up with my love life! What is that saying.................. unlucky in love..........lucky in.......? Or do I have that backward's? Oh and does anyonebody have a good Bit Torrent site with seriously fast downloading, if so you have my e-mail so drop me a line and just to be clear I can get almost anything I want for free so I dont subscribe to those ripoff sites that want to charge you monthly fees for old movies or music and there is a certain filesharing community that does have some stuff but those programs are waaay too slow for me, I DL my torrents at extremely fast speeds, if it isnt 100k or better than thank you for reading and until tommorow be well and remember, its better to be safe than sorry!
